Trackman provides a wealth of information about both impact and the golf swing. I'll be adding videos, articles, data, anything I think is interesting and valuable to help you learn more about Trackman and how it could help you play better golf.
One of the most interesting pieces of information I've learned from Trackman is the value of a center strike, especially with your woods. No matter how good of a golf swing you make, striking the ball on the toe, heel, high on the face, or low on the face, will drastically distort the flight of the golf ball. A strike on the toe creates a hook, a strike on the heel creates a slice, low on the face will bring the height down, and a strike high on the face launches the ball unusually high.
A straight forward video about using angle of attack and dynamic loft to get the most out of the speed you swing your driver. The video shows by simply altering your angle of attack, you can add yardage very quickly, in the case of this video, over 40 yards.
